Dr. Syed Mazhar Abbas Naqvi began his career as an ophthalmologist at Nishtar Hospital Multan, where he served from 1983 to 2018. During this time, he also worked at DHQ Hospital in Mianwali and DHQ Hospital Bhakkar. He has since gone on to become the CEO of Nasir Hospital, where he continues to serve as an ophthalmologist.

In addition to his work in the medical field, Dr. Naqvi is also the CEO of the Environment & Public Policy Organization (EPO) and the Chairman of EPO-SightOne. Through EPO-SightOne, Dr. Naqvi has provided thousands of free IOL operations and conducted free eye camps across Pakistan. His work has also included establishing cornea donation programs, which have resulted in a large number of registered donors across the country.

Dr. Naqvi is a life member of CAP Pakistan and has been involved with the OSP Lahore Branch since 2006. His tireless dedication to his patients and his community has earned him widespread recognition and respect. His motivation is to provide health services to patients at their doorstep, making healthcare more accessible and affordable for those in need.
