Earned a Master’s Degree in Gender and Women studies along with 2-year diploma in Agricultural Sciences, then acquired about 18 years of experience performing community-based work with national and international non-profit organizations

As a certified Farmer Field School Facilitator for environment-friendly agriculture (IPM) I have extensive knowledge of farm-level interventions water stewardship, protecting the environment, eco-system restoration, biodiversity enhancement, climate-resilient solutions for improving livelihoods, and responding to the growing threat of climate change and water scarcity. Updating my understanding of Climate Change by participating in UN CC: Learn Platform; “Gender & The Environment”, “Children & Climate Change”, and “Building Climate Resilience through Ecosystem-based Adaptation Planning”.

As a “Gender and Social Sector Specialist” and Board Member of “The Environment Protection Organization” and a Volunteer (Women’s Rights Wing) for Educacion Diversa Australia has examined the correlation between the degradation of the environment and the subordination of women.

One of scarce male feminists in Pakistan, well aware about policies such as the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women(CEDAW), Decent Work, GBV, Child & Bonded Labor, and capacity building through training; acting as focal person for the preparation and dissemination of project’s work plans and progress reports.
